Last updated: January 2024

Service Description

Rodent Control NYC provides residential and commercial rodent inspection, extermination, and exclusion services in New York City. Services are provided on a flat-rate basis following a free on-site inspection. The scope of work and price are provided in writing before any service begins. You are not obligated to proceed with service following the inspection.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be scheduled by phone. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so the appointment time can be made available to other clients.

For services already performed, cancellation of future follow-up visits must be communicated in writing or by phone. Completed services are not subject to refund except in cases of billing error.

Client Responsibilities

To enable effective service, clients agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to all areas of the property relevant to the inspection and treatment scope
  • Disclose any known conditions that may affect treatment (pets in the property, children, known allergies)
  • Follow any preparation or post-treatment instructions provided by the technician
  • Contact us promptly if conditions change between scheduled visits

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up visits included in the service scope will be provided as needed based on the technician's assessment of treatment progress. The number and timing of follow-up visits is determined by infestation severity and treatment response. We will communicate clearly about the expected follow-up schedule after each visit.

Limitation of Liability

Rodent Control NYC's liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rodent activity or from services performed. We are not responsible for conditions or damage that existed prior to service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from services provided will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
